CEDS 2025 - 2029
Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy

A CEDS is a plan that outlines a region's economic development needs and goals. It emerges from a continuous planning process developed with a broad based and diverse community participation that addresses the economic potential of an area.

The strategy should promote sustainable economic development and opportunity, foster effective transportation systems, enhance and protect the environment and balance resources through sound management of development.

The 2025-2029 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy has been finalized as of June 27, 2025.

Thank you to all who contributed to this year's CEDS!

2025 Visioning Sessions

Shaping a 5-year vision and plan for Southeastern NH covering transportation and infrastructure, the environment, culture and recreation, workforce and economy, housing, and more.

As part of the 2025 planning process, REDC held three public visioning sessions throughout its region for the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS). The purpose of these sessions was to gather public and municipal input on the goals, opportunities, and weaknesses of our region and to come up with priorities to be addressed from an economic development perspective over the next five years. REDC and the CEDS Steering Committee used the information gathered at these events to update and refine the goals and objectives of the CEDS.

Thank you to all who participated in these visioning sessions!
