The Regional Economic Development Center (REDC) and the Capital Regional Development Council (CRDC) are proud to announce a collaborative effort to expand financing opportunities and technical assistance for small businesses throughout Belknap County and the Lakes Region of New Hampshire.

Through this partnership, REDC and CRDC will work together to connect entrepreneurs and growing businesses with a broader range of lending solutions designed to support business startup, expansion, equipment purchases, working capital, and job creation.

For more than 30 years, REDC has helped small businesses across New Hampshire access affordable financing and business guidance. As a U.S. Treasury-certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), REDC will offer the Lakes Region’s businesses SBA Microloans, Economic Development Administration (EDA) lending programs, revolving loan funds, and personalized technical assistance to help businesses succeed and grow.

As a Certified Development Company, CRDC brings decades of experience supporting economic development and business investment across central New Hampshire. Through the employment of its USDA Rural Development Intermediary Relending Program (IRP) and SBA 504 Loan Program in the Lakes Region, CRDC will help businesses secure long-term, fixed-rate financing for commercial real estate, equipment, and community-based economic development projects.

Together, REDC and CRDC are creating a stronger regional resource network that makes it easier for entrepreneurs and small business owners to find the financing tools and support they need — locally.

Whether businesses are launching a new venture, purchasing equipment, expanding operations, or creating jobs, this partnership aims to provide flexible financing options and expert guidance tailored to the unique needs of the Lakes Region business community.

Small businesses in Belknap County and the Lakes Region are encouraged to learn more about available financing programs and technical assistance by visiting REDC at www.redc.com and CRDC at www.crdc-nh.com.
