REDC Partners with Manchester Community College to Bring WorkReadyNH Program to the Raymond Region

The Regional Economic Development Center of Southern New Hampshire (REDC) is pleased to announce WorkReadyNH, a FREE program presented by Manchester Community College. Beginning Tuesday, October 21, 2014 classes will be held at the Regional Economic Development and Business Training Center, 57 Main Street in Raymond NH.

The course is offered Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00AM to 3:30PM, starting Tuesday October 21, 2014 and ending in mid-November. REDC’s training classroom has been outfitted with interactive presentation technology, as well as Wi-Fi internet access. The WorkReadyNH Program is offered free of charge to participants.

WorkReadyNH helps job-seekers and career builders improve their skills and add two nationally recognized credentials to their resume. The program provides assessment, instruction and credentialing in key skill areas, identified by employers as essential to workplace success. WorkReadyNH also helps companies foster a skilled workforce, and find qualified applicants and employees. WorkReadyNH is an initiative of the Community College System of New Hampshire, the Office of the Governor, the NH Department of Resources and Economic Development and the NH Department of Employment Security.
