Cecilia Ulibarri
Cecilia Ulibarri, a dynamic and seasoned professional, has been a resident of southern New Hampshire for 35 years, leaving an indelible mark as a leader in the community. As the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Positive Street Art in Nashua, Cecilia has played a pivotal role in bringing urban art to the community, recruiting artists, securing grant funds, and overseeing the organization's growth over the past decade. Her commitment to community service extends to her past role as the Constituent Services & Cultural Affairs Coordinator in the Mayor's Office, where she prioritized diversity, equity, and inclusion. As the first Latinx president of the Rotary Club of Nashua West, Cecilia has also made significant contributions to fundraising and community service projects. Her extensive involvement in various community organizations throughout her career, such as the Equity Leaders Fellowship, New Leaders Council and the NH State Council on the Arts, reflects her ongoing commitment to fostering positive change.
In addition to her leadership roles, Cecilia is a skilled artist and entrepreneur, showcasing her talents through Looks by Cecilia, a makeup artistry business. Her visual artistry extends to multiple murals and exhibits in NH, MA & NY. She has earned previous recognition, including the 2022 Young Professional of the Year award from the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce. With a rich history of accolades, including the Rising Stars Award and being named among Nashua's 40 Under 40, Cecilia Ulibarri continues to be a driving force for positive transformation in her community.
Angie Lane
Angie Lane serves as the Executive Director of Red River Theatres, a nonprofit independent cinema in Concord. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor's degree in communications, Angie brings significant experience in development, community relations, event creation and management, and marketing. Past roles include stints with New Hampshire Public Radio, the Concord Monitor, SiverTech, and Company C.
Actively engaged in community efforts, Angie currently serves on the board of directors for the New England Foundation for the Arts and the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce. In 2016, Angie was named the Concord Young Professional of the Year, in 2018 was honored as part of the New Hampshire Union Leader's Forty Under 40, and in 2024 was named to NH Business Review's New Hampshire 200 List.
Angie grew up in Pembroke and currently lives in Manchester with her partner, Will; bonus son, Zeke; and the cat of her dreams, Finn.
Becky Field
Becky Field’s photography focuses primarily on social documentary issues. Since early 2012, she has photographed cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity in New Hampshire. Different Roots, Common Dreams is a collection of photographs of New Hampshire’s immigrants by photographer Becky Field
Her photographs of have been displayed at several immigration conferences, as well as in exhibits at the University of New Hampshire; Seacoast African American Cultural Center; NHTI Community College; NH Institute of Art; NH Society of Photographic Artists; and Southern New Hampshire University. In 2013 her portrait of a New Hampshire girl, whose family had come as refugees from Somalia, was a contest winner in Photo District News (PDN). In 2014, her work was selected for a juried exhibit on environmental portraiture at the NH Institute of Art. In 2015 her photography project was featured in New Hampshire Magazine.
Becky has given numerous talks about her photography and experiences with New Hampshire’s immigrant and refugee communities. She was keynote speaker at the 2012 Concord Mayor’s Community Prayer Breakfast, an annual event for community and governmental leaders.
Becky holds a Certificate in Photography from the NH Institute of Art. She has also studied at Maine Media Workshops, Center for Photography at Woodstock, and Photographic Resource Center. In 2013 she attended a workshop in India with a small group of international photographers led by John Isaac, former Chief of the Photo Unit at the United Nations. They photographed the Maha Kumbh Mela, a major Hindu celebration with tens of millions of people. She is a member of NH Society of Photographic Artists and Professional Photographers of America.
In past work, Becky was communications director with the American Red Cross in New Hampshire where her photographs were used to support the humanitarian work of the Red Cross. Before that, she was a wildlife research ecologist with the U.S. Department of Interior and a university faculty member. Becky has masters and doctorate degrees in wildlife ecology. She lives in Concord, NH.

Reagan Bissonnette
Reagan Bissonnette is the Executive Director of the Northeast Resource Recovery Association (NRRA), the oldest and largest cooperative-model recycling nonprofit in the United States. NRRA enables communities to manage their own recycling programs by connecting them with end markets for recyclables. NRRA partners with over 430 municipalities, businesses, and individuals throughout New England to make recycling strong through economic and environmentally sound solutions. Reagan writes and speaks extensively about recycling and waste reduction, including in regional and national forums. She was appointed to the New Hampshire Solid Waste Working Group, which is responsible for assisting the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services with solid waste planning and policy initiatives.
Reagan is certified as a Principal Operator through the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services Solid Waste Facility Operator Training and Certification Program. Before joining NRRA, she worked in land conservation and practiced law as a corporate attorney. Reagan lives in Concord, New Hampshire with her family, where she is a member of the Solid Waste Advisory Committee. She is also an alumnus of Leadership New Hampshire (Class of 2023).
Mark Zankel
Mark serves as the Director of Community Solar for ReVision Energy. He works with a talented team to develop a distributed network of well-sited community-scale solar energy projects that provide clean, renewable, and more affordable energy to households, businesses, non-profits, schools and municipalities. Mark’s team is particularly focused on expanding access to the financial and environmental benefits of solar for low/moderate-income communities.
Prior to ReVision, Mark spent 28 years working for the nonprofit conservation organization, The Nature Conservancy. He began his TNC career in 1994 as an ecologist in North Carolina’s Blue Ridge Mountains, and in 2000 became the NH Chapter’s Director of Conservation Programs. Mark spent a decade as TNC’s New Hampshire State Director, and rounded out his final TNC year as a Global Strategy Advisor in the Chief Conservation Office.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College, and a Master of Science from the University of Michigan. He and his wife Susan live in Hopkinton NH, where they raised their two children, and proudly power their home with two ReVision-installed ground-mount solar arrays. Mark enjoys hiking, biking, snowshoeing and skiing with family and friends, playing guitar, and brewing up homemade maple syrup. He is an alumni and current trustee of Leadership NH, sits on the Hopkinton Budget and Energy committees and chairs the Town’s Community Power Committee, and has served on the boards of Capital Center for the Arts and Five Rivers Conservation Trust.
Craig Jewett
Mr. Jewett is President of Jewett Construction Co., Inc. Craig purchased the company in 2003 from his parents, Edward and Arlene Jewett, who founded it in 1972. Under his leadership, the company has achieved significant growth. Craig’s vision of providing a Single-Source Design-Build solution to clients has been at the forefront of his mission as Owner. Today, Jewett is widely considered one of the most sought-after and well-respected Design-Build Construction Companies in New England.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Planning from Slippery Rock University. When Craig is not working, you can find him spending time with his family. Craig is the proud father of two children and a devoted grandfather of three granddaughters. He has a passion for preserving history and enjoying the natural beauty of the New Hampshire outdoors. He can be found hiking or studying, curating, and preserving pieces of Early American material culture in his spare time.

Dwight Davis
Dwight Davis is the owner and operator of Senior Helpers of Southern New Hampshire which provides non-medical in-home care. Senior Helpers is a franchise brand name that operates over 360 franchises in the US, Canada, England, and Australia. Dwight serves as CEO of Davis Care Group, LLC which has other business interests. Among his notable achievements are Distinguished Alum Award at the University of Houston, University of Houston Hall of Honor for Basketball, New Hampshire’s Most Influential Leaders 2022, New Hampshire Business Excellence Award 2022 (small Business), NBA Third Player Selected 1972 and Rookie of the Year Senior Helpers Franchise 2015.
Dwight’s passion is working to make New Hampshire and its communities more inclusive and diverse in order that the state all its inhabitants will become more resilient and prosperous. Board work includes Board Chair of New Hampshire Center for Justice and Equity. Founding and Board Member of Business Alliance for People of Color NH. Other board service includes but is not limited to the Black Heritage Trail New Hampshire, Cambridge Trust Bank Advisory Board, NH Workforce Investment Board, The Foundation for the Community Colleges of NH Board and the Board of Cultivate.
Ericka Canales
Ericka Canales is the Executive Director of Coös Economic Development Corporation. Ericka has over 25 years of experience in local, state, federal, non-profit and for-profit industries, including owning a veterinary business for 10 years. She had also served on the FEMA Region 1 Response Cadre and Hurricane Team. Ericka has a Master's Degree in Environmental Planning and Policy. Currently, she volunteers as Chair of Coos County UNH Extension Council and Secretary for the Granite Outdoor Alliance Board.
John Nyhan
John Nyhan is the President of the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce. He is also the Chairman of the NH Association of Chamber Executives, Co- Chairman of the NH State Parks Advisory Council, a CEDS Committee Member of the REDC, and a board member of the NH Business and Industry Association.
John has previously held the positions of Chairman of the Hampton Beach Area Commission and President of Experience Hampton. He has also been a Rotarian of the Hampton Area Rotary Club since 2002.
