REDC operates a regional revolving loan fund that serves businesses located or moving to Central and Western Rockingham County as well as part of Eastern Hillsborough County. We work independently or in partnership with local lenders to help complete projects leading to job creation.

This program is offered in partnership with the USDA, Rural Development. REDC is able to offer this financing option to those businesses located within our service area which have 25,000 or fewer residents. Please contact REDC for more information on how we can assist your business.

REDC was recently awarded a revolving loan fund grant through the EPA to help the local communities clean up and revitalize brownfield sites. More information to follow as REDC works closely with the EPA to finalize the grant award.

The Derry Revolving Loan Fund (DRLF) is for businesses locating in or moving to Derry NH.  The fund offers flexible alternative financing and can be used to finance real estate, machinery and equipment, working capital and leasehold improvements. Please contact REDC for more information.
